Presentation Guidelines

All presentations will be conducted via Webex. All presenters are therefore required to sign up for a Webex account (go to www.webex.com).

The links to the parallel session are provided via rentas2021.wixsite.com/home/sesi-paralel.

All presenters are required to email a copy of their powerpoint slides by 30 May 2021. 

The slides are to be sent to the presenters' respective parallel session moderators. Please ensure that the presentation slot and moderator's email information are current and correct.

Please include the presenter's name and presentation title in the email.

The maximum duration for each presentation is 15 minutes, including the Q&A session.

Only one presenter is allowed to present the paper.

All presenters are encouraged to join the parallel session early to ensure smooth operation of the event.
